Lørdagskveld med Erik Bye | January 13th, 1973
In early January 1973, Norwegian celebrity Erik Bye sent a film crew to the Hovland farm to shoot footage of Liese that was to be aired 10 days later as part of his television program Saturday Night With Erik Bye. The other person in this film is Liese’s friend Linda Jolly, who was spending her Christmas break on the farm.
Lørdagskveld i Seattle | November 29th, 1975
In 1975, Liese appeared again on Saturday Night with Erik Bye, this time in a segment filmed in Seattle. The show was one of six that Bye made in the United States that year in celebration of the 150th anniversary of Norwegian emigration to America.
Walking Norway | May-July 2015
In 2015, Liese returned to Norway. Her adventures hiking the country’s lowlands are documented in her blog, Walking Norway.
